    I bought a new iPad mini online in the store for pick up that process went really easy. The problem that I had is in order to get some help to transfer my stuff to my old iPad mini to the new iPad mini. They wanted to charge me $100 that that to me is not good customer service I called Apple and they walked me through it so next time I will buy them Apple Store because they give me the support. I need it and didn’t charge me $100 to do it.

    It's an Apple product. Need I say more. Sleek design and fast processing speed for internet browsing and streaming movies. May be a bit more expensive over other models but you really get what you pay for. Recently purchased the latest model for a bit more memory space.
