    Bought as a replacement for my Mom’s old one…most of the issues are with an 89 year old learning the differences without the home button.

    Love this little iPad and the job it does, only downside is how small the screen is .If you need a =bigger screen for note taking then get a bigger size but it gets the job done.

    This Ipad mini is a replacement for an older one and met our expectations. Sadly, the buying experience did not. Two of the three people involved in our transaction are clearly in the wrong job.

    It’s a wonderful device. Very compact and efficient. Only downside is the price, and I feel like the battery capacity could be better.

    First of all I love the size of this ipad it is truly perfect. However I found that it is laggy when it comes to animations on screen and the screen seems more dim than its larger counterparts even with auto brightness turned off I believe this product is overpriced for the performance and quality of the screen

    The way I feel about all tablets ( Apple or Samsung ) they are a slight variant of previous versions. Nothing new just some internal updates and a new color scheme.

    Product availability is great but as an African American I was disappointed with the lack of quality customer service, I made my decision based on my experience in the store . Do better please!
