    Nice unit but Apple support leaves a lot to be desired. We had to make two visits to the Geek Squad to get access and data transfer. Still no access to Facebook.

    This iPad works great as an upgrade to my older mini iPad. My old iPad couldn’t update a higher ios.

    Nice IPAD, works well except sometimes when an app has ads and the x to close it is in the right corner it doesn't always close when I press on it. Sometimes it takes 4 to 5 times to get it to close

    Typical Apple product. Small issue on start up resolved by Geek squad in 10 min. Then set up and function were excellent.
