    Never purchased an apple product and Best Buy had inventory which apple stores did not. Ease of purchase with just a simple pick up was terrific! No lines!

    Coming from an 11" iPad Pro, I wanted something smaller to use for online consumption and reading to use throughout the house and this fits the bill. I wish it had FaceID and ProMotion, but not a deal breaker. Battery doesn't get me as far either, but is the tradeoff for a smaller device.

    Having used a mini ipad previously, I found the new one to be better than the old one, mostly because the latter had slowed down. Unfortunately, it is not possible, or too exensive, to revive older Apple products.

    Great product. It was not the color I selected but I guess it was the only one available to pick up same day so it’s ok. Easy pick up in store.
