    The day it was delivered, I tried to set it up only to have it, first, became disabled when asking for a passcode and then told to access iTunes, which I could not do because of a new cable. Two calls to the Geek Squad and Apple support didn't help. I was told to take it to the Best Buy and have the Geek Squad look at it. Fortunatly the technician was ble to set it back to new condition. As of ths date, several days later, I have yet to try, again, to set it up. If there are further problems, it will be returned and I will try to live with my old iPad.

    apple quality. Pricy but got on sale. Prefect size for certain use cases. Apple pencil is a big plus with it which makes it very easy to go paperless (Instead of the pocket size notebooks that I carry to capture miscellaneous items)
