I'm really frustrated with this ipad. The reason I bought it was because was told I could print from it. To date I have been unable to get the HP Smart app to ework. I'm sorry I spdnt monet on thd ipad.

I bought one last weekend and tried it out for a few days. I bought the Space Gray, 64gb. The size was nice, but actually I didn't care for the smaller bezels. Yes you do get more screen but at a price that you touch the screen and leave smudges. It has a rear 12mp camera with flash, nice; but I don't use the camera on a tablet. Just looks odd when I see someone taking pics or vids with their tablet. I didn't notice the jelly scrolling as many have stated. I didn't have it long enough to notice. Since this tablet costs almost $500 for 64gb, I want it to work perfect and knowing about this 60 hertz refresh issue, I can't see spending that much on this tablet. I'd rather jump to the Ipad Air 4th gen for just a bit more money. I know this is a new product but there are not too many good 3rd party cases for it. I've tried 3 different ones and all fit good, but just did not do it for me. That's good it has USB C now for connection and plugged in accessories. I thought that was a nice upgrade. I returned the Ipad Mini 6 and downgraded to the Ipad 5 Mini with 256gb storage. I'd have to say that I am enjoying the Ipad 5 Mini alot more than the mini 6. I don't mind the bigger bezels on the forehead and chin and even the bezels on the sides are okay. I don't touch the actual screen so no smudges. The Mini 5 feels better in hand even with a 3rd party tri fold case. Everything on this tablet works great, also I bought the 256gb model new for $380, sealed and never opened. I got the Space Gray color which I prefer cuz the screen area does not look too small. I got lucky finding one for that price, don't have to worry about the Mini 5 running out of storage, so I don't need to worry about needing an external drive for it. Yes the Mini 6 does come it different colors, but why? Most of use put on a case for our tablets and you really can't tell what color the back it. I don't know anyone who just uses their Ipad without a case. Maybe when Apple upgrades the Mini 6 in the next year or 2 with better refinements, I may jump to that one then. Till then, I'm quite happy with the Ipad 5 Mini.

All is all very happy with our purchase. The pen hilder on the otterbox broke right away- so really isnt as good for the kids as we’d hoped. But so far no cracked screens etc

I put one star because I bought an iPad for my daughter but she did not like the color, so I wanted to exchange it for another color however they refused to exchange it because they said it has to be for 2 weeks only and I bought it three weeks ago. The iPad is in great shape but I’m devastated that the exchange policy was not clear.

How did they do this? It does things a computer would do and it is very portable. Has some buttons on the top that do things. Lots a possibilities.

I didn't need anything super powerful, but I needed an iPad for app testing, note taking, and whatever miscellaneous things so after some research I grabbed the 64 GB mini and an Apple Pencil 2. I have been pleased with its use in testing but also very surprised at how dang awesome it has been for art! I haven't felt much like art in years and gave a top rated art app a whirl and I've been hard pressed to stop. The size, weight, and build are very convenient for something small enough to stash in a bag and whip out on the go for whatever and the battery life has been very good, too. If you need something basic and want portability the mini is a good bang for your buck.

iPad works good but I got the iPad open boxo and the iPad well used the screen was completely scratched up like it was old like someone took sand paper to it

Got delivery in California on 10/16. Moved to Hawaii on 10/31 and opened package on 11/2. Tried setting up the new iPad Mini and it doesn't stay connected to the wifi network. Spent countless hours on the phone with Apple. Their solution is to send a brand new item out of the box for repair. I do not return to the mainland for another 5 weeks and by that time, the return window from Best Buy will have come and gone. By the way, the issue I am experiencing appears to be a common issue based on comments on the internet.

The new iPad mini (6th gen) is extremely easy and fun to use. I love that they got rid of the home button so there's more screen real estate for a better viewing, gaming, and note-taking experience. I am in college right now and it has changed how I take notes, mainly because all my notes are on a single device instead of multiple notebooks. If you have a clear idea of how you will use this iPad -gaming, social media, note-taking, or just reading- , then you will be thoroughly satisfied with its performance and your overall experience with it. So far, I have had this device for a month and have had no problems or complaints.

Unhappy new charging cable is designed to only fit this product standard iPhone cable will not work so photo power brick will not work. Returned tablet
