A good option if you want something smaller.

I like the larger size of the Pro, but prefer the Mini because of its smaller size for travel. This 6 is replacing my old Mini 3. Screen and processor are obviously better. Battery life seems OK. Very lightweight and price after Thanksgiving was decent. The button on top that doubles as a finger scanner takes some getting used to.

Just right

And the standard iPads are occasionally too big, i.e. as navigation on the dash of the Jeep. The "mini" fills the void.

Good iPad for Its Size

The OS is the drawback. It does not take advantage of its size. It feels more like a large iPhone than a mini iPad.
