I love the iPad, but don’t expect Best Buy to give you the free apple news they promise at purchase. No instructions on how to redeem, and no prompts from the iPad itself when you set it up. I also bought an Apple Watch SE in the same transaction and didn’t receive the free months of apple fitness nor the free months of Apple Music. Disappointing.

I dislike how slow it is. The hz is like google slides slow

This is device is not water friendly at all. A slight drop of pop bubble by son damaged the device screen and apple/geek squad is asking $399 to fix it which is same as the price of a new device. For a device this costly should be able to protect itself for a slightest splash of water.

I brought this item as an open box option and when I got home to use it , there was a password on it :( didn’t even get to enjoy it had to return right away and it took 35 mins to factory reset back at geek squad , a disaster

First off I didn’t receive my order and then they said I was going to get a new one the same day and then all of a sudden the system just stuck on it being processed and then I don’t know where just get canceled so much for helping me out zero stars out of five

Camera is not as great as website describes. Most apps are not compatible with this ipad and when tried to returned, I was told it was not possible.

I have a pro and obviously thats going to be better and faster but this freezes when i try and run notes and a video or notes and a website. The pencil doesnt do amazing when its near the edge of the screen either. Its okay at best.

IPad nothing really new and remains more difficult and not intuitive as android operating systems. Apple is much more intrusive and self-serving including requiring Apple sign-in to download aps.
