    It was a great deal over what the Apple Store was charging. However I later found out that the iPad didn’t have the latest version of the software.

    The iPad mini has a lot of pros, held back by one huge con. The chip is top notch, the extra RAM and increased storage are helpful, even the speakers are impressive for such a small tablet. Unfortunately, it’s all wasted on an awful 60hz screen. I don’t mind that it isn’t OLED, just make it 120hz with faster pixel response and the mini would be the perfect tablet. The ‘jelly scroll’ is also still present, though improved. Apple had 3 years to improve on the iPad mini 6, and they dropped the ball with this iPad.
