bulkier than previous models and edge finger print capture is less reliable than home key version.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. It will last him many years!

Mini iPad works as expected, but is hard to hold/easy to drop. I used packing tape to create loops to help grip it. Another negative is that the charging plug is different from my previous iPad’s plug, which also worked for my iPhone. So now I have three different charging cords for iPad, iPhone and MacBook.

This is the best Apple tablet I have ever owned. Good wireless connectivity.

Its great for reading mangwa or ebooks wish it had promotion like the pro

Love the hand when you are holding it. The colors are vivid and clear. Just what I needed when replacing my older one.

Disappointed that there is not a user manual. They make you go on line to learn how to use the iPads.

Made this purchase for my wife and she, who’s not a tech person, is enjoying it.

I was a little disappointed with this from all the reviews it’s good but the screen and the brightness is really lacking. I’ve seen other tablets that cost a lot less look a lot better.

Generaly good, but still 60Hz screen, not as good as my 2018 Ipad Pro

Item works but what I did not like was my iPad box was written on the main box when the info could have been written on a sticky note or something other than the main box!

It’s a nice portable tablet great for active users on the go.

Looks good and seemed to work, however it took like 5 tries to get the wifi connected. After that I thought all was good until I got a error message on account creation-"Account could not be created try again" I tried for several days and same error message and Apple support was basically non existent. Ended up returning this item.

Not happy. First, I was delivered an empty box on 7/16. Second, when I called Bestbuy customer support on 7/16, I was told a replacement will be delivered. I got a message from Bestbuy on 7/18 saying I will receive it on 8/1/24. Third, when I went to Bestbuy local store on 7/18 to see if I can pick up at the store, they said no. Fourth, when I went out of town on 7/18, Bestbuy informed me that my package is coming on 7/19 between 2.00 and 6.00pm and I should be home to sign it. I had to cut short my trip and come back home for the package. Fifth, package delivery was delayed 3 times on 7/19. Finally it came around 8.30pm on 7/19. This was a total mess
