I had ordered online for a store pickup. The pickup was seamless. The device works well. Happy with the purhcase and service rendered.

I am enjoying my new Ipad mini. The main drawback that reduces it by one star is going to touch to open. My older mini had the button at the bottom of the pad. That was much better. The location of the touch to open on the new mini makes it harder to use when the pad is in a protective case.

I like it for what I need when I’m on the road and it doesn’t take much room

I’m absolutely love this tablet, I do wish it was little bigger but that was my fault for not considering a bigger option.

Good ipad. I feel like the resolution could be higher and the refresh rate being 60 is trash.

It works just as well as a regular sized IPAD. Dont know why it has to be $100 more

love how it works, but it is a little heavy to use an e-reader. love it regardless

My mother wanted to go from Fire to iPad so she is satisfied because she doesn’t get viruses.

I purchased this item specifically for travel as it weighs about half of my regular IPAD. I cleaned the screen with an alcohol wipe and it appears that some may have seemed under the glass so I now have a large spot in the upper right corner that will not dry up! This is my last IPAD MINI!!

I brought this for my granddaughter's 12th birthday and she absolutely loves it! I now would like to get one for myself.

I absolutely love my mini iPad. It for work and it’s very easy to navigate. I highly recommend purchasing this iPad.

I’m sure this product is wonderful when everything on it works correctly. I set up my mini iPad to coincide with my iPhone and my regular iPad and my Mac. then I realized that the volume buttons didn’t work. I should’ve taken it back, but I didn’t. I did not want to have to go through setting everything up again That’s why I gave it three stars because of the volume buttons worked it’d be wonderful! So before you set yours up, make sure that everything works!

In all honesty, it worked very well but it was too small for me. So I returned it and bought the new air which is better for me.
