I’d recommend you go pick up in store. I didn’t receive it. They delivered to the wrong address and now it’s lost. They also are giving me a hard time with getting my money back.

Good form factor but iOS isn’t optimized for the mini. Will take some time to get used to it. But the size of tablet may be worth it.

I ordered this item a week before Christmas and I still haven’t received it so I can’t rate something I haven’t received

Purchased this for it's utility in my studio to control Blackmagic on my iPhone video camera. It's over priced and overhyped - but functional for a very limited use, basic operation. Would not recommend it to anyone but I had to spend some Best Buy Rewards quickly before they expired.

Sorry this is not a review on the product itself but more on Best Buy's delivery service. Instead for shipping through UPS, FedEx or USPS, they chose a delivery service called Roadie. Roadie claims they delivered my iPad and provided a picture of my front porch. Guess what, it's not my front porch. Best Buy will not refund my money because they claim it was delivered and to fill out a police report. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the card and will probably fill out a police report but learn from me and never get delivery from Best Buy and also shop elsewhere because this is my last purchase with Best Buy!

Did not work out of the box. White screen of death for 1 hour before I could start loading. Crashed twice in the next 4 hours .

This is a little confusing to use compared to my old IPad.

The ipad was already setup and when I opened it and started it asked for a passcode! Never gonna buy Apple products from Best Buy!!

Product and price is good, only problem was missing Free trial Apple TV 3Month gift. I know through many apple product 1st time faced like this situation, quite supprised this and complain this, but conclution not able to get that. From next, will have to purchase apple product is only apple store.

I never bought this item. Someone stole my card. The money has been returned to me. You now have given this item away to a thief. Next time get a valid id before you hand over the merchandise.

Horrible don’t buy. It’s a great tablet for the year 2010

I had to order the one I wanted which was blue. It arrived 2 days later but they sent a purple one. I then had to drive 46 miles round trip back to the local store to exchange for the correct one. Luckily they had gotten a blue one in. Someone in Oklahoma needs to be retained.

I will rate everything as low as I can because Best Buy continuse to send this crap everytime I buy anything.

Received it and unable to set up and transfer data from previous iPad. Apple support couldn’t fix it but discovered it wasn’t new. I apparently received a used brick.

Being that this was purchased when someone stole my credit card information and bestbuy did not check ID at time of pickup. I will not be rating this company or products highly.

The mini is OK but Best Buy sucks. They do not stick to their return policy and I would never buy anything from them again.

This wasn't powerful enough to download Google and Amazon Kindle, so I returned it.

I like the size, speed, and clarity. Good for everyday use easy to carry.

Bought in 'purple' color, but it is absolutely NOT purple. It's simple gray/silver. What a disappointment from Apple....

I’ve had this iPad for less than a day now and I can already say that this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. Since I stream a lot of things online but don’t like looking at massive screens all the time, I was looking for some kind of tablet that wasn’t too big and would be good on battery for long periods of time. This iPad checks all the boxes. If you’re looking for something similar to me, I highly recommend this iPad. However, I’d definitely wait to buy it until it goes on sale since the full price isn’t too affordable.
