Transitioning away from (Android) smartphones, I bought this to supplement my new dumb phone. It’s small and light enough to fit in my bag easily and carry everywhere I go. The square edges help with grip. I don’t feel like the device is going to slip out of my hands, unlike some glass smartphones I’ve had in the past, and I’m comfortable going without a case for now. USB-C port is great. Honestly wouldn’t have considered this device if it still used Lightning. In terms of software, there are a few features I miss coming from Android to iPadOS (e.g., temporarily dismissing an alarm before it goes off), but Shortcuts and Automations make up for most of them. Happy with my purchase. Have yet to try any accessories, but I’m seriously considering getting at least an Apple Pencil down the line.

I have the iPad Pro but decided to add this one since it is lighter and good for traveling. It’s good for reading and watching movies while on the plane. Good to add the Smart Cover case when you buy it.

I am currently using this ipad for college and it has everything that I could ask for, small size so it doesn’t feel massive on the desk and easily carry around the entire campus or even at home.

This was a purchase for my wife so that she didn't have to sit in front of her MacBook all the time. She enjoys having it at her side when watching TV so that she can look up things like actors, movie information, etc. I also installed the Kindle and Nook apps, as well as the Libby and Hoopla library apps so that she can check things out from our local library as well. Overall it is a great tablet, lightweight, fast, has pretty decent battery life, and is becoming her favorite Apple device.

I purchased this iPad as an upgrade for my old mini. I'm really glad I did. The display is sharp and clear, the Pro chip and 128GB's give me the increased speed and storage I needed. This iPad mini has exceed all expectations! World class best in its class powerhouse of a machine. I use it as a companion and second screen to my m3 pro MacBook Pro as well it and it works flawlessly!

I bought this as a portable device as I already have a 13 in iPad Pro, I got a great deal on it and have found it very useful when used as a portable sketchbook with procreate. It is very comfortable to use and I almost use it more than my iPad Pro now.

There aren't too many half-sized tablets out there in the marketplace. For anyone who is used to carryinng a Moleskine notebook, this might be the best replacement. Get an Apple Pencil and use it with OneNote or Goodnotes and you'll have unlimited pages for notes, sketches, etc. I also appreciate being able to use it as a Kindle device! Watch movies or shows on the go! With an A17 Pro chip it's got the motor to keep up with today's demands.

Amazing ipad. Its fast, light, and easy to use. Its perfect for streaming videos and reading. Definitely worth the price.
