love how it works, but it is a little heavy to use an e-reader. love it regardless

In all honesty, it worked very well but it was too small for me. So I returned it and bought the new air which is better for me.

I am not a tech person and the mini is not intuitive to me. As I am learning the odd places you must navigate to get to what you want to do, it is becoming a more useful tool. I traded in a second generation ipad for this sixth generation ipad and it is as foreign to me as the current generation of young adults.

I like it for what I need when I’m on the road and it doesn’t take much room

Good product for daily uses, specially to take notes

I’m sure this product is wonderful when everything on it works correctly. I set up my mini iPad to coincide with my iPhone and my regular iPad and my Mac. then I realized that the volume buttons didn’t work. I should’ve taken it back, but I didn’t. I did not want to have to go through setting everything up again That’s why I gave it three stars because of the volume buttons worked it’d be wonderful! So before you set yours up, make sure that everything works!

Easy to order, quick shipment. We ordered the device online on the Bestbuy.com site. It arrived midday the next day!

I upgraded from the iPad mini 6, I love the form factor of the mini iPads and will never go back to the bigger ones.

Customer service was great and employee helped make sure I knew how to transfer data and use the new device!

This new ip.ad mini is not really different from the previous release.
