Despite the screen issue, I could still hear sounds when pressing the five buttons located on the device. Apple mailed me a replacement iPad Mini, which I received nearly a year ago, to replace the one with the frozen screen. Since then, the new iPad Mini has functioned perfectly.

I'm really glad I did. The display is sharp and clear, the Pro chip and 128GB's give me the increased speed and storage I needed. The swift and easy purchase process was an added bonus. My sales associate, Marcus, walked me through the trade-in steps for my old mini and answered all my questions. Kudos Marcus and BBY.
