Battery issues and charging issues, need to improve apple big time

Generaly good, but still 60Hz screen, not as good as my 2018 Ipad Pro

I was a little disappointed with this from all the reviews it’s good but the screen and the brightness is really lacking. I’ve seen other tablets that cost a lot less look a lot better.

Just as expected, best price available. Would buy again.

Item works but what I did not like was my iPad box was written on the main box when the info could have been written on a sticky note or something other than the main box!

It’s a nice portable tablet great for active users on the go.

Love it! Was a great Christmas gift for my family member.

really good ipad but i wish it had better battery and have A18 chip

Looks good and seemed to work, however it took like 5 tries to get the wifi connected. After that I thought all was good until I got a error message on account creation-"Account could not be created try again" I tried for several days and same error message and Apple support was basically non existent. Ended up returning this item.

The iPad mini has a lot of pros, held back by one huge con. The chip is top notch, the extra RAM and increased storage are helpful, even the speakers are impressive for such a small tablet. Unfortunately, it’s all wasted on an awful 60hz screen. I don’t mind that it isn’t OLED, just make it 120hz with faster pixel response and the mini would be the perfect tablet. The ‘jelly scroll’ is also still present, though improved. Apple had 3 years to improve on the iPad mini 6, and they dropped the ball with this iPad.

The product is good, but there were some technical issues with the iPad as the pencil was not connecting with it.

Not happy. First, I was delivered an empty box on 7/16. Second, when I called Bestbuy customer support on 7/16, I was told a replacement will be delivered. I got a message from Bestbuy on 7/18 saying I will receive it on 8/1/24. Third, when I went to Bestbuy local store on 7/18 to see if I can pick up at the store, they said no. Fourth, when I went out of town on 7/18, Bestbuy informed me that my package is coming on 7/19 between 2.00 and 6.00pm and I should be home to sign it. I had to cut short my trip and come back home for the package. Fifth, package delivery was delayed 3 times on 7/19. Finally it came around 8.30pm on 7/19. This was a total mess

Good form factor but iOS isn’t optimized for the mini. Will take some time to get used to it. But the size of tablet may be worth it.

I’d recommend you go pick up in store. I didn’t receive it. They delivered to the wrong address and now it’s lost. They also are giving me a hard time with getting my money back.

Never got the item and Bestbuy said oh well, we can’t do anything about it

After waiting for 2hours for the data to transfer the tech decided there was something wrong with the iPad and as that was the only one available I left very disappointed with my old iPad in hand!

Purchased this for it's utility in my studio to control Blackmagic on my iPhone video camera. It's over priced and overhyped - but functional for a very limited use, basic operation. Would not recommend it to anyone but I had to spend some Best Buy Rewards quickly before they expired.
