Mini iPad is difficult to hold

I used packing tape to create loops to help grip it. Another negative is that the charging plug is different from my previous iPad’s plug, which also worked for my iPhone. So now I have three different charging cords for iPad, iPhone and MacBook.

not bad could be a lot better

Can't create an apple account-unstable wifi.

After that I thought all was good until I got a error message on account creation-"Account could not be created try again" I tried for several days and same error message and Apple support was basically non existent. Ended up returning this item.
