I purchased my mini iPad my first one from Best Buy and I traded it in. I had a model five it. I can’t remember when I bought it, but I needed to update it because it was getting kind of slow. I bought the new mini A17 Pro chip and I love it. Thank you Best Buy for the trade-in offer too.

I was confused for a couple days, what I was looking for was the Mini. This is a game changer for enjoying content. So good I'm only concerned that it's a bit to good at this point. So fun and comfortable to use when enjoying content. 10/10 and I dont give that easy. Forget the uhh refresh rates, ugh its not the best screen. Its pure fire, I thought I would check it out for 14 days, well its been one and you'd have to pull it from my hands.

I bought it besides of my iPad pro, I think for note taking is a little small. For reading and watching video is very nice. Excellent for portability, I like the battery life as well. It should be as a second tablet I think.

This has been my most used device since I got it. I take it to work, to school and use it all over the house. I like the size of the mini. Bigger than a phone but smaller than the 11 inch iPad I have as well.

Perfect for taking out since it does not add much weight to bag and the features are really great. The only thing is that it has no Face ID it has the fingerprint unlock but it’s still great for its size.

This should actually be a review of Apple customer support, which I have used for my previous iPad and three times since I received the mini A17 a few days ago. The support agents are patient, knowledgeable, and calmly answer all of my questions. The one who tried to solve a problem, which required me to connect to iTunes via my pc, was hampered because my pc was not cooperating. I needed to contact Apple support 2 of these times because the written instructions to get started using the iPad were very unclear. Perhaps if I had used another of my devices to go to the on-line customer support, solutions to my problems would have been much easier. For example, to set fingerprint recognition, the directions pointed to a mark on the screen itself. I later that one had to place one's finger on the "on" button itself. Fortunately, the Apple support people told me how to do this and to set up and use many of the other features, which are not very similar to their predecessors on my iPad mini 2. After all the extensive instructions from the support staff, I am looking forward to using all the new features and the new ways to access them.
