First time buying from Best Buy and the process of everything was more than I had asked! The product itself was packaged great and have not had any issues thus far.

Sale person was really helpful and very thorough about the apple Warrenty coverage for the mini iPad 7. It’s a must have. The screen replacement is the cost of a new mini iPad.

Got this so my girlfriend could read books and draw and she loves it

Its a great for my kids, i gave it for her birthday and she is very happy.

I am using OneNote for work, and it is perfect. The fact that it works across platforms I can access my Outlook emails, OneNote on my laptop and files from OneDrive.

works well for travel and ease of use. Great graphics and speed, helps me for my purposes.

Very nice lil eye pad,$$ though .i tried to switch to bigger ones but hand went sleep ,so i went back to ipad mini A17 pro.only thinh not real loud out of speakers

Just what we wanted at a pretty reasonable price. Was told I needed to purchase a plug but when we opened the iPad box the cord and plug were included.

I’m sure this product is wonderful when everything on it works correctly. I set up my mini iPad to coincide with my iPhone and my regular iPad and my Mac. then I realized that the volume buttons didn’t work. I should’ve taken it back, but I didn’t. I did not want to have to go through setting everything up again That’s why I gave it three stars because of the volume buttons worked it’d be wonderful! So before you set yours up, make sure that everything works!

Writing this review from my iPad currently. Got a great deal on it. I recommend only buying from Best Buy.

I love my new ipad mini. I have all my books on it and can adjust the text and background for a better reading experience. Shopping is also much easier viewed and compared.

love how it works, but it is a little heavy to use an e-reader. love it regardless

I am enjoying my new Ipad mini. The main drawback that reduces it by one star is going to touch to open. My older mini had the button at the bottom of the pad. That was much better. The location of the touch to open on the new mini makes it harder to use when the pad is in a protective case.

Great tablet. Excellent for everyday use. Had the ipad mini (5th generation) so was a lil upgrade with the home button missing. Overall happy with it.

I had ordered online for a store pickup. The pickup was seamless. The device works well. Happy with the purhcase and service rendered.

Great for on the go. Was a great piece for in and out of surgery because fit in my back pocket. Apple does this thing a disservice by not upgrading the display, though. Compared to my 13” air, there is a noticeable difference in picture quality. It has the chip to run a much better display.

I’m absolutely love this tablet, I do wish it was little bigger but that was my fault for not considering a bigger option.

it does not have the swipe keyboard like the phones and larger iPads. it does have cool capabilities and good screen
