    Best Buy staff were professional, respectful, helpful and friendly. The iPad mini 17 was too small for my preference so I returned it and instead bought an iPad 16 that I’m happy with

    I did a trade in from a iPad 6th gen to this mini and I love it! It has exceeded expectations and it’s so light. I also use a screen protector that’s similar feeling to a kindle screen and I’m obsessed. It’s so multifunctional

    Quite happy with it so far, but apple missed an opportunity to put a better screen and newer processor in this generation. Maybe we wont have to wait so long for the next update. If you have anything older than a 6th generation ipad mini this would be a great upgrade
