I love my new iPad. It syncs with my iPhone and is easy to use. I can access everything that’s on my laptop.

Touchscreen is unresponsive just after one month of purchase. Very disappointed.

It arrived in a bent up box with no bubble wrap what so ever, just bare with sticky tape. I almost kept it but as I was setting it up, I noticed scratches and discoloration on the corner of the screen. Definitely not an open box. It didn’t even have the correct serial number on my receipt. Would’ve been a rip off if I decided not to return it. Then I just ordered a brand new one, didn’t want to take any chances.

Much smaller than anticipated, it freezes up when zooming and can’t advance to next page, very annoying

It looked brand-new, and the accessories that came with it looked brand-new. For some reason, I could not get the Xfinity app or Xfinity website to work on it so I returned the iPad to Best Buy. I believe it was because of the previous owner. Even Xfinity could not figure out what was causing the problem.

Wasted my money. Do not know how to use or even to turn off. Totally different from prior model. Would love to have that one back. Love my iphone but not technical savvy on this ipad. No help available that can teach me the basics .just want ipad to search web, etc. Purchased this for my 80th b'day, so sorry, totally out of my league on this one.

Difficultly in setting up Ipad locked and geek squad could not fix it I returned it and received full credit

I went into the Grand Parkway store Richmond TX ready to buy my wife the IPad Mini. No one there to help me. So on the way out , I asked the greeter/guard if there was anyone to help. She suggested that I go online and order what I wanted and come back to pick it up. So that is what I did. When I returned there was a long line of people picking up orders so that was quite unsatisfactory as well. Next time I’ll probably just go to the Apple Store.

It with porch pirated as it was dropped off by doordash and Best buy does nothing. They still make you pay for it so I will never buy anything from Best buy again

I was sent a different item than what I had ordered. I had to go to the store to get the item I ordered.

This truly is "THE iPad." At least for me, it's the perfect size for doing things that are just more comfortable to do on a *slightly* larger screen than an iPhone. The split keyboard makes it super-easy to type on if needed; using a stylus (or an Apple Pencil Pro, which I don't have) for navigating, handwriting & taking notes is outstanding. Consuming media, reading, social networking, email & even texting is made super-easy on a device of this size. The screen is bright, the iPad mini is very portable, and is so lightweight -- often times I have no need to bring a larger device when on day trips or short travel days. Any screen that's larger becomes cumbersome, heavy if connected to a keyboard case, and defeats the purpose of having a large-enough screen to do more than is possible on just a phone. The iPad mini is a terrific device.

Don't order this from BestBuy. They deliver without signature, and then won't do anything to help you when you don't receive the item.

This iPad has no practical use. Unless all you want to do is read.

The colors are brighter and the battery life is great. It is the first mini I have owned and I like the size a lot.
