    Disappointed in this version. While the screen is larger the edges were removed and so fingers got in the way of reading. I did purchase a cover but it was cumbersome. Preferred the previous version.

    This new mini is causing me much frustration. Not intuitive and definitely not as easy to use as my old one. Simpler is muuuch better. With this new one I’ve needed Geek Squad several times for fixes and they are not quick at fixing . So not worth it but my old one wouldn’t do updates anymore

    It arrived in a bent up box with no bubble wrap what so ever, just bare with sticky tape. I almost kept it but as I was setting it up, I noticed scratches and discoloration on the corner of the screen. Definitely not an open box. It didn’t even have the correct serial number on my receipt. Would’ve been a rip off if I decided not to return it. Then I just ordered a brand new one, didn’t want to take any chances.

    It looked brand-new, and the accessories that came with it looked brand-new. For some reason, I could not get the Xfinity app or Xfinity website to work on it so I returned the iPad to Best Buy. I believe it was because of the previous owner. Even Xfinity could not figure out what was causing the problem.
