    Purchased 10/13/25 and after 3 months of use my battery will not charge. Appt made with Geek squad for March 03, 2026. Hoping the 1 year warranty covers parts and labor.

    This ipad was too small for me the text is so tiny. I switched to M4 Ipad instead.

    The first iPad I purchased screen when out.I had to purchase Best Buy plan in order to return it $50 dollars. Associates wasn’t helpful.
