    Apple products are my favorite. I do not love the touch to u lock at the top, that is my only complaint. Also love the color. I do think the price is a little steep but I guess that’s inflation.

    Bought this to replace my iPad that I carry all day. So far, it has been great some screens the writing is a little small for an old guy but overall it’s done well.

    Excellent product. Excellent delivery. We waited weeks when ordering from another store and did not even have an estimated delivery date. We cancelled that and ordered on Best Buy and received the iPad mini in tow days.

    Purchased 10/13/25 and after 3 months of use my battery will not charge. Appt made with Geek squad for March 03, 2026. Hoping the 1 year warranty covers parts and labor.

    I recently bought an open-box iPad mini from Best Buy, and it’s been a frustrating experience. The customer service provided incorrect information about the return policy, which left me stuck with a defective item. To make matters worse, they refused to honor the return, making this my worst purchase ever. I won't be shopping here again!

    This ipad was too small for me the text is so tiny. I switched to M4 Ipad instead.
