I really like this iPad mini but am having an issue with wi fi connection dropping for no reason. It didn't do that when I first had it.

I love everything about my mini iPad. I've had mine for about 3 weeks, got it right after it released. I love the size, it fits right in my purse. It's so easy and lite for travel. I use it all the time, it's the best! My husband has regular sized iPad, and his just seems so big and bulky and heavy in comparison! The technology is awesome, the HD camera is wow! Amazingly clear! I don't at all notice the issue with its processor speed, it's very much fast enough for me. I use mine mostly for my kindle books, watching Netflix, e mail, face time, using great apps like My Fitness Pal, calendar, music, camera, to do lists, education/ teaching, browsing Internet, etc... So many uses, it's so much fun! Buy one, you'll be so glad you did. There isn't anything I can complain about or dislike! I love it and am so glad I got it. It's really the best...

Here is the thing, I like Apple products. I also like innovation. This product is not a new idea, however it is a step in the right place for Apple. I'm also glad other competitors are stepping their game up as well. Google has pushed some money to help this happen with their partnerships. I really like the ipad mini, I think it's getting a bad rep for older hardware in a new product, I understand that concept. The thing is I'm also not too happy they did this. Why not at least put a A5X in it with a retina display, move the screen closer to the glass if your trying to obtain the thin design. Oh well, this was bought for a special reason, it is a gift for my daughter, she is young, but she demands the ipad for learning at home. I really like it for her, so this is going to be a great present this Christmas. I would have just bought her the regular ipad with retina display, however this mini is needed for her small 7 y/o hands. I really don't think the screen is horrible at all, it looks much better than the ipad 2's screen imho. This device should be bought if you want ipad in it's most travel friendly form. This one most certainly fits the function. I do not recommend this if you are android ecosystem dependent. Even though it will work with gmail and calendar apps. However if you have bought a lot of google play apps, just wait for the nexus 10 or buy a nexus 7 32gb. This device will be great for people in the Apple ecosystem, iTunes, app store, ibooks, etc. I do have devices that work in the ecosystem. The thing that I love about ipad and ios devices is the integration with apple tv and airplay. I use this function a lot. If you need your device to work with your Apple ecosystem, and need the tablet in a portable form this is your device.

Wish I had bought the iPad with more storage like this one. The mini is sooooo much better than an iPod and worth it with an Otterbox protecting it.

This is everything that made the original iPad great but at a much more portable and easy-to-handle size. It's a great ebook reader and the screen is still large enough to watch movies comfortably. Apps sync easily if you have other apple devices and if you are an iTunes Match subscriber you can carry your entire music library with you on the iPad mini. It's a bit pricey but with this device you get what you pay for: excellent design and complete integration into the apple ecosystem.

I have owned both the full sized iPad and the iPad Mini and there is no comparison, the iPad Mini wins out. For me, the iPad Mini is a personal entertainment center and the lighter weight is much easier to pick up and hold. I really don't miss the larger screen size of the larger iPad and I am able to get a true "iPad" experience with the iPad Mini. I am very pleased.

I got this for home use and a normal iPad for work. They both work great but price only downside

This thing has practically taken over my use of my MacBook. So glad I finally caved and picked one up. About to get another for my girlfriend as she keeps complaining about not having one of her own.
