warranty not honored by apple

It went straight from the box to a protective case. Has never been used without the case. The iPad won't stay charged, takes over night to charge fully, and you cant use while charging if t he battery is already low. APPLE WILL NOT HONOR THE 1 YEAR MANUFACTURY WARRANTY! they told me it had a slight bend the the back so it voids the warranty. This has absolutely nothing to do with the fact with the battery being crap. This has been an issue since the day I bought it. With the covid going on I was just able to take it back to BESTBUY and then speak to APPLE about it. This is definitely a defect from day one right out of the box. I'm so done buying apple products. I was told by an apple representative even the smallest of damage and they will not honor the 1 year warranty.

Couldn't have the sim to work on it!

Took me too long to set up SIM card for this one! Apple is too cautious with all the security stuff I don't find ease of use at all! Don't recommend the Cellular!

Pay more for cellular features is USELESS...

I DO NOT RECOMEND WIFI+CELL save monthly service fee just get WiFi version
