Phone is good - thought I was getting an Unlocked phone - not case - couldn't use on a different carrier - look for UNIVERSAL PHONES - THEY ARE TRULY UNLOCKED

Time for an upgrade? Well it’s not really much of an upgrade. Apple products are becoming the standard normal and every has it.

As with all new iPhones, it is no where near worth the price of it. But, we did get a good deal on it with Best Buy.

Gave it to my brother as a gift. Sent it to India. And got to know the charger connection on the phone broke . Can’t charge the phone. Disappointed!

They sell you this and they know it’s gone have problems. This all a set up for them to get money out of you I should’ve just fixed my 8 plus.

I ordered the iphone11 128gb using curbside. It caught my attention with the 1hour pickup. 2 hours past by and still nothing finally a quarter til 3:00pm I received a notification my order if ready for pick up. I was reading all the cool instructions that was making my purchase experience more relaxing. So I parked got out my Id, pulled up the email where the associate will have to scan and there was an identification 4 digit number as well I would have to repeat to the associate. An associate came out I rolled down my windows I to recite the numbers given the associate said butcher are you butcher here you go. That was it No verification of id, no verification of the four digit number nothing. No the packaging a loose plastic with a green tab with an arrow for me to pull. My 10 year old sister was excited and asked me to open it right away so I did. When i did there was no vacuum sealed plastic covering the box so I lifted the lid only to find a stuffed box with tissue and a dusty Motorola phone. I immediately hit a uturn and headed back to best buy. I was out there for 30additional minutes and final received my return. Thankful for my return decided to order from apple the second time around.

This phone is good, but it’s slowing down lately, as expected because Apple do that on purpose.

I've had this phone for a while now, and thus far have no complaints.

I have been using smartphones since I had to import my first Nokia smartphone from Japan because US carriers were behind the curve. I have used flagship iPhones and Galaxies, but this is the best one so far. I planned to use this phone until 12 came out, but that was underwhelming. The 13 Pro came close to prying this 11 out of my hands, but it just wasn’t compelling enough. I WILL buy the next flagship Pro Max that comes out for the camera upgrade, but the 11 is still a really strong contender even in early 2022. The camera is excellent, and having two optical focal lengths is still plenty for most non-pro photogs. The phone still plays most mobile games just fine, and it handles multi tasking (within the limits of any phone) very, very well. I have kept myself out of the Apple ecosystem as much as possible, and Apple has finally made it possible to make third-party encrypted email apps be your default mail app and an open-source cloud app be your default file sharing. If Apple hopes to continue claiming to be privacy-centric, they had better not lock those back out like they were for so many years. The only drawback to this phone, and I use this term loosely, is that the phone got to just below 80% of the original battery capacity just before it turned 2 years old. I had Apple Care Plus, so I got a new battery right before it expired at no charge and now this phone will last at least 3 more years with killer battery life. My wife plans to replace her aging Galaxy S9 with this 11 when I finally get the next-gen iPhone. Save some cash and get the 11 (even as a refurb) unless you specifically need something the 12 or 13 offer; it will still be supported for several years and I would bet that for most users it should do everything you need. Oh, as for durability…. Mine has been in a Speck case since day one and has been dropped several times and the screen and all functions are just fine. (My iP8, by contrast, went through 3 screens with the same kind of handling over a shorter period of time. The durability is excellent on later-gen iPhones.)

Don’t like because it is hard to make fone calls and not very pretty .

Suppose to be in “excellent condition” however, missing headphones and scratch on the screen makes the entire purchase a very disappointing experience also on top of everything customer service without any knowledge clueless on how to resolve the issue. BDW whoever packed the phone and wrapped it in the buble wrap (no box) together with charger and cable? (still no EarPods) hello!!!? Please read your own description about the item prior to packing and sending to the customers!

I bought this phone on April 30, 2020. As at the time I am writing this review, the voice quality is terrible. When I place a call, my recipient complains that they can not hear me very well. It feels like I was sold a refurbished phone as new.

phone stopped working now after acouple of months.

But Walmart has a better deal compared to bestbuy.

Went to Best Buy store and was handed over refurbished iPhone 11. Also found SIM card in the phone. Very bad service.Going to return the Product.

Great phone while I had it! First brand new phone ever got but it stopped working a month after I paid it off so that really sucks.

bought a new 128 GB unlocked phone and found a Verison SIM card in the SIM slot...not sure i am being sold a used phone in the name of a new phone. Plan to visit the store and ask few questions.
