It does come unlocked . Saw the reviews and many people said it didn’t come unlock , it did have a Verizon SIM card but the employee removed the sim and added my SIM card and it works perfect

We bought this Iphone 11 for my teenaged granddaughter. Due to cost, we opted to defer AppleCare additional warranty. 366 days later (One day after the factory warranty expired), the screen went out. We took it back to Best Buy where we got it but was told it would cost $200-300 to repair with no promise it would help. They advised us to take it to the closest Apple Store (which is 65 miles away) to refurbish or replace for $600. She went back to using her old IPhone 6 and I will be purchasing NO more Apple products. What a waste of money!

This is a. Good phone. I wanted the iPhone 12, but sadly Best Buy does not sell that unlocked, and not wanting to be roped into a contract this is the best best option. It is a bit expensive for last years phone, but it beats losing money on a DJ tracr wi th one of the major carriers

I was waiting for this version because I bought the iPhone 7 and this version is a perfect upgrade and the chance to buy unlocked is good

Definitely an upgrade over my last iPhone. I’m glad I waited and got this one and not the xr. Thought about waiting for the 12 for 5g but I don’t need thst yet.

Awesome phone it was a great gift. I love the sleek feel and look to this new iPhone. I would recommend to anyone on a budget. This was a great buy and affordable.

Sat in the store and had to have it returned because I was quarantined. They couldn't deliver to my home so I ordered one from Apple direct. Love the new phone, It's an apple.

Purchased this for my husband who had an older model, and he definitely loves this upgrade. As an avid iphone user, this was right up his alley and exactly what he needed.

Can be used as basic iPhone. Could help if Apple can increase storage capacity on base model and also do if bestbuy would offer a better trade in value for devices

I waited a long time to get the right phone at the right price. Best Buy was the BEST choice! I love me phone and was able to finance it through Best Buy!

this product was great. unfortunately i broke it on the first week of having so please get protection for the phone before or while buying product.
