    I bought a unlocked model iPhone 11 pro max 256 gig at least I thought I did came home activated it and then went to use my other sim card and it said sim not supported !! come to find out the sales associates at my local best buy have no clue on unlocked iPhone vs universal iPhone so make sure you have the sku number before going into any store I had to pay a restocking fee after only 3 hours wow never again will I buy phones from best buy !!!!! Other than this the phone is amazing !!!!!!!

    Screen Scratch's very easily, just picked it up and got multiple scratches in the first day. I was being very careful until my screen protector arrived. Good display, but scratch’s extremely easily
