Recently traded this phone...never thought the 11 Pro camera was as effective with quality pics as previous phones and definitely not as nice as 12 Pro. My biggest challenge was low volume on this model...was horrible with phone calls. When I traded for 12 Pro, I realized how bad the 11 Pro was. Apple Support even shared that there had been issues with the 11 Pro’s volume.

I bought Iphone just because of it's awesome camera and I so happy with that. But just after completing one year, after one particular OS upgrade, the Iphone stopped to connect to internet when switching between mobile network to Home Wi-FI or vice versa. Not expected from a $1000 product.

I hate to buy iphone, however I have iwatch and macbook pro. otherwise, it has very low quality compare with samsung

I had almost every single Iphone from 6 and up All of them come with a poor and defective touch screen system While Apple continues to go up with the price of the Iphone the quality continues to go down To be specific The Iphone X was a real fiasco with endless operating problems as touch screen freezing, unable to close videos or glitches, problems when using Apps as Juno or Lyft and more The new Iphone 11 PRO did not improve any of such problems but it is even more expensive Time to go back to Samsung for me

Speaker of this phone have some problem it seems. Willn’t be able to listen clearly during calls.

A very good buy in less price , better than any other phone in the same price range

this was a fun phone and I would recommend but android is fun

Had to return it as it had Verizon SIM card for an unlocked phone.

I had not great experience with Best buy1) they told product is not available which was available they give once i applied 2) Product was not same which i was looked for he asked we dont sell this color and after few minustes we have this color 3) he did my billing three time due to multiple issues which was bad

I hate this phone. I hate the buttons layout. When I grab this phone I always hit side button and it turns off. In my pocket it always wants to call emergency. The text message app is playing crazy with vertical/horizontal position. The keyboard pops up and covers the full screen and I am typing the message like blind. The screen is not very "touchable". I touch and it is like frozen still. The icloud thing is regulated more from phone than from computer with is also wierd. I loved my iphone 5, it never gave me any issues. So bad it is not updated anymore and suppose to go to trash. What a waste!

Seems like the Apple phone gets worse every year. More glitchy and more bugs. I wish they somehow were able to improve the internal quality as opposed to adding extra cameras and nonsense that nobody needs

I def do not recommend 64 Gb. It’s too small and as you keep updating the software you need more space. I kept it for two years and then upgraded

So expensive for what you get. It has had so many glitches in the last year and just isn’t a good phone. Every time there an update, it just turns off. One time, it literally turned off for a whole day.. couldn’t turn it on! Then came back on its own. The photo quality is not even impressive relative to good androids. I’m just disappointed overall. I will not be purchasing an iPhone again.

Sharp colors. Coming from Android, I’m not as impressed with the data speed and streaming that I was led to believe this offered...

It basically the same as the regular 11 pro. Cain't be repaired outside of apple if damage. more software locks than ever.

Good things on this phone. I love apple and have had apple for many of years. But this one phone is the first one that I have had that is trash. This phones Bluetooth doesn’t work have of the time, has trouble connecting to something’s and jacks the ringer volume up for no apparent reason. I can’t wait to pay it off and get a new one.
