For $1,000. Its not necessary to upgrade. As its almost the same as the 8 plus or XR. But if you're looking for a intro Apple phone this one is the way to go. The lack of a home button is really annoying. 1 star because of what was previously mentioned.

Amazing phone. The camera is good. The battery life is better than the previous version. Works well after 3+ years of use.

It seems like an open box rather than a whole new !! Not sure why there was a used sim cart in it and when opening the messages, recently used emojis were there !!!!! I called and they said return it and get a new one!! really? I should have bought it directly from Apple not Best Buy!

Seems like apple is loosing its edge over samsung which according to me was not giving problems.this phone hangs and would not respond and even restart at its owm.disappointing for an apple product.

They sent me the wrong colors and now I can't even exchange it!!! it's ridicules!!!!! they have the worst customer support. I can't believe that they made the mistake and now they are not even willing to help me. I'm never going to buy here again and I recommend you to spend your money in a place where they appreciate their customers!

Bought 1st phone - kept shutting off for no reason. Had to return. Hopefully 2nd phone works better. Spend 1K on a phone and you would think it would work. No knock on Best Buy - just knocking Apple.

I bought this phone as a gift and after setup and registration the phone keeps restarting without warning. Support was not helpful Sami

When making a call with the phone connected through Bluetooth in my car, call will disconnect within a couple of minutes. Phone will not reconnect to Bluetooth until car is turned off and restarted.

Bettery time not good heating to early voice quality not good

I ordered an unlock iPhone but it came with verizon carrier.

I came from an 8 plus and really didnt think anything could beat it. This phone has great features. i was afraid the pro would be too small but its perfect. with it being all screen it doesnt really seem smaller. more pocket friendly. i love this phone and would recomment it to others. the battery life is awesome. i am on my phone quite a bit and the first day i got it i decided not to charage it just to see how long the battery would last. im on day 2 and still have 30% left, i do also have low power mode on. but the camera and the battery are most important to me and it has surpassed my expectations by far.....

I've used every Google phone from the G1, to the Nexus range, and finally owned all the Pixels except the 4. This phone has an amazing battery life, phenomenal screen, and is far more stable than the Pixel phones. However, even though this might be the best iPhone camera ever, it is still much worse than the Pixel 3. It has a very noisy sensor meaning that regular indoor shots in good light are extremely grainy and backgrounds look completely messy. iOS 13 appears to have some issues that I hope will be fixed, like skipping bluetooth audio.

The iPhone 11 Pro has an amazing screen, amazing processor, and great camera. The only downside I would say is the battery doesn't really last nearly as long as Apple claims it does, even when using it sparingly. However, this seems to be the norm across all Smart Phone vendors.

I am not impressed, it is lagging and overall not working the way it should for the money I paid. I always fee like apple never cares about quality after S. Jobs passed away :-(

I ordered a NEW unlocked phone, and I got a USED phone with a used sim card. Don't waste your money. They have the worst customer support.
