iPhone to me had being always the best phone of phones in the world !! This was a gift for my brother I actually have the iPhone 14 and I had 13,12,11… off f I have to recommend a phone it always gonna be an iPhone !!!

Phone is in great shape, looks new and has lots of memory storage. Have had no issues. In a low service area, however I get clear calls and text message come almost instantly. Well worth the money spent. I shouldn’t need a new phone for at least 4-5 years. In fact, I would probably need a new battery before I should require a replacement phone.

I love Best Buy, but I had a disappointing experience this time. The phone was promised as unlocked, but upon receipt, we discovered it was locked. The third-party support team has been very helpful with general questions, but I can’t say the same for Best Buy’s customer service. The issue remains unresolved.

The rep over tge phone said it was in stock and the last one but would hold it for me . The sales rep was very informative about it .
