    The phone is what I expected. A perfect upgrade from an Xr. The trade in process, appeared legit but to offer only $75 for a perfect phone is ridiculous. Shame on you!

    Phone stopped working after 1 month. Wont power up after Apple updt. Apple claims phone was damaged. BestBuy wont honor any warranty and Apple denies product defect. Never again will I buy Apple product and I will buy my phones elsewhere.
