Ok product not what i expected need more updates.

Batter is 70% and they wouldn’t help me and they sent the wrong phone color and its all beat up.

The courier just took a picture of the door and left without leaving any package. I didn't get the package and the customer service center refused to refund. Don't buy anything from Best Buy, it's a scam!

Not a fan if it . I’m not if something is wrong with this model or just the one piece i bought

I like my iPhone but it seems to be not having charge very long all the others iPhones I had didn’t start doing this until about they your 5 years old

not received on time, on top of that they are trying to charge me restocking fee 40.00. unfair.

At first they said I have to pick up my item and now the shipping is delayed and they will refund me if I dont get it by 27th of feb. They should’ve not make it available on the site at all if this Item is really not available!

The phone shuts off occasionally and won’t fully charge only charges to about 90-95%

Just not happy with this phone. Had a lot of issues return policy only 13 days. Now I’m stuck with it. Freezes out of nowhere can not receive calls when it happens. Apple said they would replace with a used one. This was a brand new phone.

Came sat it on charge for 2h and it never turned on for 900 I expected it to come fully charged its 2023 how you guys found a cure for COVID but can build a phone that don’t need batteries

This phone has an issue with its display, a green display after using 1.5 months.

It works good the Camara is good for photos and videos

This iPhone 13 is the 10th iPhone I have owned. This is by far better than all the previous versions mainly because it is still working flawlessly after two years of use. The screen is slightly smaller than most of the previous versions but the clarity and responsiveness more than make up for it. The thin and sleek style is modern and attractive. The speed is about the same as the previous iPhone models with the exception of the touch screen responsiveness. The touch screen seems to be slightly faster than the iPhone 12. I update this iPhone as soon as Apple provides the updates and have so far have not had any problems. The durability seems to be very good. Even though I have a case and screen protector on the iPhone, I have dropped it countless times and it still looks like new. This will greatly help the trade in value. The battery seems to last a lot longer than previous versions and both the wired and wireless charging is super fast with a lightning charger. With each new model the iPhone seems to become better and better. I am extremely satisfied with this phone and would highly recommend it.

This phone is the best phone i have ever used it fits so well in your hands and you can type so easily i LOVE it

Ive been using the iPhone 13 mini for about 9 months and I don’t have anything to gripe about. Great battery life and perfect size to slip in your pocket.

I am obsessed with this phone! I love this phone. I had a 12 and wanted to upgrade. I have had zero issues with it since i've bought it.

This is worth it tge color is just so beautiful and the phone was at a great price
