The iPhone in Best Buy is scamming, I bought twice and returned the same day. basically what they do is selling lock iPhones as Unlocked iPhone if by chance you are using the same service provider then you will never know that the iPhone you bought is Lock. When change the service provider then the phone will not work since it’s locked I was lucky that I used two different SIM to see if it’s locked or not. It was locked and I returned it. They were asking me to have you money back after 24 hours. Finally I was able to have my money back. Please if you are buying iPhone from Best Buy make sure to have two different SIM and check it before paying them I bought twice and both was Locked but sell it to me as Unlocked

Best buy advertisement is 399.99 for activation with any carrier but if you upgrade it’s charging 499.99 not 399.99 but if you open a line then they may give for 399.99 not sure but thats not what they advertise. Eventually they bring people in to store to buy for 399 trick and charge more anywhere in the add it doesn’t advertise or indicate that 399 is for new line so if you get a new line the carrier will start charging if you upgrade they chage 100 more + your carrier may charge activation fee later either way if you upgrade ios to 18 this phone will become paper weight. So think twice before walking in to the store.

Do not buy. My 13 has not worked properly since may. They say there is a glitch and they will not take mine back! Worst phone ever. I wasinyhe store 3 times on the phone 10. Does not work

is it brand new or renewed? i want to know that plz.
