Its a very nice phone and does everything I need, the only cons i have is that it glitches out when im on a video call on discord to the point it kicks me out of them, and the screen gets scratched really easily. Other then that id recommend the phone over the other iphones

bought to replace older phone. easy to setup and transfer old phone info to. took less than an hour and up and running. unlocked made it easy to transfer from ATT to Verizon as well

I moved back from New York and lost my phone. Best Buy saved the day and I was in and out with a new phone. Process took less than 30 minutes. Great staff with diligent workers.

im not sure if they gave me a used one but the box was already opened and even when i was logging into my apple id it was overheating it overheats so much even just by playing a game for 3 minutes then it starts getting laggy and freezing its been 18 days so i cant return it i wish the return policy was 30 days i knew best buy was known for giving bad items but i still gave it a try i wish i would’ve bought straight from apple instead

Birthday gift for my son was extremely happy and loves it!

Wife love the phone but getting used to it from an iphone 7 is a bit difficult. No physical button and new "features" are sometimes frustrating to figure out. Turning phone off took a youtube search as well as other ways the phone works. Great call quality though! 5G fantastic too. Overall glad she made the move on her birthday to yhe new phone
