Just upgraded to this from an Android phone which I was not entirely happy with. I love the iPhone 13 and wish I had gone to an Apple phone sooner.

The phone is getting used to. It should include a hard copy manual for some directions in working the phone. The more something cost, the less information, and hardware is included. That does not make sense to me. The battery does not last long. If I take some pictures, the battery will give out.

iPhone works great bought it for my girlfriend! Thank god for the best buy credit card it helped me when she broke her phone

New, no problems, had the right color in stock and the one with the right amount of storage.

I don’t mine purchasing an “older” iPhone knowing that Apple takes good care of their products.
