Customer service was wonder the wait wasn’t too bad and they answered all questions

My wife phone died so we went to Best Buy and they had a iPhone which was a good deal

No problems arised, fully compatable and up to date and does 95% of what the newest phones do.

Big improvement from my iPhone XR. The only issue I have which is personal preference is that the back is glass so it’s a finger print magnet.

It’s good to find unlocked iPhone. I needed it for international use so I’m not tied to a certain carrier.

I really needed a new phone and they talked me into this one. However, I’m still having trouble trying to figure out how to use it especially the microphone. Sometimes it won’t let you use it. I don’t know why I can’t figure it out and other times it works fine
