Purchased online and received perfume. Store can’t refund. Customer service failed to do anything for two months other than waste time. Chargeback failed because they claimed the package looked like a phone was inside but it was perfume. At this point I either call the police for a further investigation but I am far too tired to worry about this anymore. So after losing $750+ with absolutely no help from Bestbuy and shipt who was in charge of delivery, I came here to rant in hopes that maybe I can prevent this from happening again to someone else and to let out my frustration and despair from my last online delivery. Never open your deliveries or store purchases without video proof of your contents. I nrver had to worry about this until now. I understand that the whole incident makes me look like someone trying to commit fraud but it’s up to you who you want to believe and I suggest it is not worth risking here. I for one cannot approve of a business that is saying that they sent a phone when I received perfume instead and further waste my time as they treat me as a fraud so that they cannot take responsibility for my purchase. So if this review is uploaded which I doubt, I say goodbye to bestbuy and I wish for your misfortune as I should at least be allowed to at the cost of a unopened iPhone.
