This phone is amazing! I have had no troubles, BUT if you’re looking for a phone with a physical SIM card, make sure you specify with the store that you need a 14 with a physical card. Otherwise, this phone is perfect and runs smoothly.

My son needed a new apple iPhone and chose the iPhone 14 128GB. It was a definite upgrade from the iPhone 8 he'd had for more than 5 years. He loves it and it does everything it did before and more.

I love Apple products, but i absolutely love my iPhone 14 it’s a big upgrade from the XR I had, the camera quality is amazing, which is really nice compared to my XR I had, and the battery life is really good too! it’s overall just a really nice iPhone to get if you’re wanting a upgrade

The iphone is easy to use. The size of the is not too big. I like the many features of the iphone.

Works like any other Iphone. Quick and clean. I will say that the battery life on this refurbished phone is a bit subpar to what I was expecting and what I’ve had on older models. Not sure if it’s because it’s refurbished or not but otherwise works perfect.

My mom had a google pixel a3(purple) for the longest. Pretty much liked it for the battery life and size. After that phone died my mom was having a hard time finding another smallish phone. I went ahead and bought her this phone 14. Well safe to say she really liked it. Good battery and small form.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this time I feel I absolutely have to—my iPhone 14 truly deserves every word, and honestly, a million stars if I could give them! I purchased it from Best Buy, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The staff were friendly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process quick and personal.

Very easy to navigate on the app. I was able to order very easily. I also good advantage of using the Best Buy store credit card and trade in option. It gave me the ability to pay off my phone with no interest for 24 months. I am loving my new phone. The purple color is so pretty! The quality and capabilities are great.

This time, I was renewing my cell phone. The truth is, I always check out the deals at Best Buy, and this one seemed very good. The cost-benefit ratio seemed excellent. I no longer buy the latest version of the iPhone; I've realized that it gives me the same value to buy older versions that work for a few years and then upgrade. This is nothing like a few years ago, when previous models weren't available.

Was bought as an open box so was a little nervous, but the phone is in excellent condition!! And it works beautifully! So happy with this purchase! :)

Good model iphone. Bought this unlocked and had the choice to go to any carrier. Never had any issues and the battery life was amazing. Would definitely recommend this item to any apple consumer.
