It’s my first one and even though it was an open box, there’s no scratches or issues with the phone itself. The guy who helped me was super informative and I appreciated the experience. Sometimes I’m hesitant in buying open box items however this time it was definitely a win. I will be purchasing my next one the same way at the store in Joplin.
