The customer service was great! I really enjoy this phone, my fiancé enjoys his as well, they were both well worth the money. There are no complaints here! Both the phones are very durable even without cases or screen protectors, & they are very fast when it comes to loading videos or playing games. I would 100% recommend these phones to everyone!

Looking for a simple, inexpensive replacement for an older phone. Not needing the latest and the greatest. Fits my needs at a good price. And kudos to "MO" at Best Buy who understood my needs and didn't try to bamboozle me ! They got an employee who exemplifies the term "service", a rarity these days !

Great phone as of 2024. I’m just using my phone like any normal person that has thousands of pictures and a reasonable amount of apps. This phone has been great for me and I’d recommend it every single time. The battery life is amazing in comparison to past phones and the amount of time to charge from dead to full is really impressive.

The color was very vibrant and scratch free the phone worked well with no issues on Startup at original factory settings overall no complaints shipping was fast with a few days delay was able to buy phone case and protect her from the same site One Stop Shop with a unlocked phone

I purchased this months ago. I believe I am roughly 8 months in now of using this phone and I won't be upgrading any time soon

It came in an envelope lined in bubble wrap so thankfully it wasn't broken, but so far I haven't experienced anything bad with the phone itself. I love the color.
