We did the wireless setup and will add the cellular plan soon. Small chunks to get her used to the phone. She is 81 and we moved the "Tips" app to the front page she is thrilled she has something to assist her before calling me or if needed Apple Care. She is a little disappointed the "purple" is such a light lavender.

However i rate best buy service. I was looking for an unlocked Iphone14 and bestbuy is the right place. It was so easy for me to find the right phone from Bestbuy.com. Quick and no wastage of time. My first place for any electronics goods, Bestbuy is the first choice.
