    Sales Rep seemed very interested in helping us. He appeared to know all about the new phones we purchased. A negative about the visit was the length of time spent. It wasn’t his fault; there were not enough reps to handle the number of customers.

    Excellent phone, no issues so far. Previously had an iPhone 8 for almost 7 years and upgrading to the iPhone 14 was a big upgrade for me. I would recommend this iPhone.

    I’m very pleased with this phone overall. I have a couple of regrets. I didn’t think to check the camera, and it isn’t quite as good as my last phone was. And I forgot to ask for more memory. Neither of these things have caused me a bit of stress so far, so I realize I probably don’t need them anyway! The price on the phone made all the difference and it was a great buying experience in the store.
