    absolutely ridiculous. I paid for an unlocked iPhone, and Best Buy quite literally sent me a locked iPhone with a password. No wonder so many of the five star reviews are “incentivized reviews.” Clearly they didn’t even bother to open up the box and actually restore it. I have zero faith that any iPhones sold by Best Buy are actually refurbished whatsoever
