I was in a panic. My android phone was done for unexpectedly and I needed a phone. I have used apple computers, but never the iPhone. Thus far, I am pleased with the switch. It will take a bit of adjustment, but I’m willing to learn. I love the camera! And the fact that the membership protects my purchase, I am very pleased and feel secure.

Everything was perfect. First i thought the phine will be refurbished and the seal open. When i got the phone in my hands it was sealed packed. It has good quality of battery and camera.

I recently purchased the Apple iPhone 14 Plus (128GB, Midnight) for store pickup at the Baldwin, NY location, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free the phone was ready for pickup right on time, and the staff was polite efficient and very helpful in making sure everything went quickly Overall, both the product and the service exceeded my expectations I highly recommend both the Baldwin Best Buy location and the iPhone 14 Plus for anyone looking for a reliable upgrade.

We will never go back to buying phones from Verizon. Using our Best Buy membership. We were able to get free phone set up. It was a great deal and half the hassle and twice the customer service of the Verizon store. The iPhone is practical and the camera was a huge upgrade.

I absolutely loved it it’s a great phone it’s legit the same size as the pro max’s. I had the iPhone 12 max pro for a while and it was a great upgrade to the iPhone 14 Plus . It’s actually the second iPhone 14 Plus I get . They work amazing and the process to get my phone connected was easy through my carrier t-mobile.

Even with the phone being refurbished it's been very durable. Bought for my daughter and she has dropped it so many times and it still works great.

I always hesitated to purchase aniPhone, Mostly because I was afraid of the transition from the android phone. But now that I’ve had the opportunity to use the phone it is very nice. Say it’s been a great experience. I truly enjoy the Security features as well and I also love the nice battery so that I don’t have to charge my phone so much.

My girlfriend wanted a new phone, she had the iphone XR, but I didnt have $1000+ to get one. So I went above and beyond like any good boyfriend and applied for a Best Buy credit card. Got instantly approved. Pretty sure she almost cried. The bigger screen is nice for watching reels and playing her SpongeBob game.
