My phone was old and I needed a replacement. Best Buy is my go to place due to the pricing and service. They have been helpful every time we’ve had questions or issues. My phone is now over a year old and I have been very happy with it!

While I will admit that I got this phone simply because it was purple, it was a good phone and size for viewing mainly entertainment. If you're a female and have female pocket sizes, it is not great. I don't see were the camera was better than my i phone 12.

Wife loves this phone even though it’s not a 16. Loves how long the battery lasts.

It was a birthday gift for my daughter. She was supper happy and loves this phone. The color is beautiful and the size of the phone was perfect. What she loves the best is the battery last for ever.

I got the 14 plus to upgrade and i came to best buy to get it and it was quick and easy and the phone is amazing.it has good cams and the battery life on this one is better then my old one

It's been great so far but I am still adjusting to the learning all the features of this phone. The iPhone 14 was the newest phone Best Buy would sell that was unlocked.

Great experience, I was price shopping for a new I phone for my wife and found most older phones were priced as new phones. I found that the phones at Best Buy were more budget friendly and had the best customer experience. I will be back for another purchase.
