The only thing I don't like about this phone is I was told buying a opened phone was easier. That's not true there is somebody else's name attached toy phone and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. When I put my info to automatically put my name in another name came up.

I was down and out in the universe knew I needed ways to communicate, and I put it within the spirit of understanding and somehow ended up the Best Buy and it was so seamless and so awesome that I ended up with a new iPhone for the fraction of the price.
