    E-Sim card difficult and time-consuming to activate. I had to return to the store to have them do it for me. Even then, the store expert had to spend at least a half hour on the phone (mostly on hold) to get a real person to help him. If you want to avoid that hassle, buy an iPhone 13 or lower.

    I would not recommend using Best Buy to purchase any items online. Best Buy service does not support the customer. I ordered this item, and it was not delivered. The support team told me multiple times that I would be compensated, but strung me out for a month. They resorted to saying it was my responsibility and wiping their hands of the issue. I am out the cost of the phone, and had to purchase another.
