Such a good device. Going in person was great! Customer Service was on point. I told my sister about this which encouraged her to follow my steps and also purchase a phone for herself.

Great experience, I was price shopping for a new I phone for my wife and found most older phones were priced as new phones. I found that the phones at Best Buy were more budget friendly and had the best customer experience. I will be back for another purchase.

Good size. Phone gets warm sometimes when charging. Camera zoom was limited. Can’t even get a decent picture of a full moon. Wish it has a physical SIM slot so you can use it where eSIM is not readily available.

It’s an apple that’s all you really need to know. I’ve dropped it in the water, use it quite a bit, buttery life is good.

I got the 14 plus to upgrade and i came to best buy to get it and it was quick and easy and the phone is amazing.it has good cams and the battery life on this one is better then my old one

Wanted to replace my older apple with a red phone. Had to get a 14 because newer phones do not come in red. Disappointed that apple is not supporting the red product phone anymore. Happy Best Buy still had it. Camera is not great though.
